DTO will advise on regulatory strategy, go-to-market and business development as Hydrastack expands into regulated igaming markets.
8 September 2026 — Startup launchpad Defy the Odds (DTO) has partnered with Hydrastack, the automation platform that lets slot content move between Class II, Class III, online and social channels without being rebuilt each time.
Under the partnership, DTO will advise Hydrastack on regulatory matters, go-to-market and business development, and open up its network across casino and sports betting as the company expands into regulated markets.
The problem Hydrastack is built for is a familiar one. Studios and manufacturers regularly have proven, revenue-earning titles that stall because taking them into another channel means rebuilding them from the ground up which is both time consuming and resource heavy.
Hydrastack's founding team came out of that world, having spent their careers inside real-money gaming OEMs and operators, and built the platform to solve a problem they had lived with for years.
David Dimas, CEO of Hydrastack said, "We've spent our careers working for real-money-gaming OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and operators, so we've felt the pain first-hand when studios have proven, revenue-ready titles sitting on a shelf because converting them across Class II, Class III, online, and social channels means rebuilding from scratch. Partnering with DTO allows us to pair our experience with DTO's regulatory expertise and network, for a thoughtful and industry-native rollout. This partnership is a big step toward proving that studios shouldn't have to choose between moving fast and staying true to how they build."
DTO works with early-stage companies in iGaming, sportstech and fintech on set-up, go-to-market and business development, with particular strength in regulatory matters and network access across casino and sports betting.
"Hydrastack has built something the industry actually needs, and they have the experience to back it up," said Kelly Kehn, co-founder of DTO. "Our job is to help them navigate their route to market and get the platform in front of the right people. We are thrilled to be working with them"
Alongside the partnership, Hydrastack has opened conversations with OEMs, suppliers and game studios interested in moving existing content into new channels. That includes licensed manufacturers with an established route to market who want to extend live titles into online or social, and independent studios with proven games and no affordable path to porting them.

About Hydrastack
Hydrastack has built the automation platform that lets casino game studios and manufacturers move slot titles between Class II, Class III, online, mobile, and social channels without rebuilding them from scratch. Founded by a team with decades of gaming experience, Hydrastack turns game conversions into a matter of weeks instead of months. The platform integrates directly into studios’ existing toolchains, so teams keep their own tools, workflows, and IP while unlocking revenue-ready titles that would otherwise sit idle.
